  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in SAC and SAP a plus.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
