Finance Curriculum Specialist

The Role:
As a content development professional, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality training content for various finance programs designed for clients.
Your key objective is to ensure that content meets quality standards, follows industry trends, and meets client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial and business skills content
- Create pre- and post-assessments to evaluate program effectiveness
- Maintain and update content repository
- Review team member and freelance content developer work
- Support the design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines
- Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates
Product, Client, and Trainer Support:
- Deliver 'train the trainer' sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of created or reviewed content
- Facilitate client support by communicating issues to relevant parties
- Support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics

- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
