Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team.

This is a remote opportunity that requires 5+ years of experience in software development.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks, as well as excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performing applications using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebase, writing clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using monitoring and logging tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, Git workflows, and test-driven development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
