Senior Account Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the success of our clients' businesses. As an Account Group Head, you will work closely with the Account Director to deliver brand objectives and ensure long-term stability and growth of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster innovation and quality to deliver exceptional products and services.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and insights for top-tier brands.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on beauty, healthcare, and lifestyle categories.
  • Conduct proactive business review meetings with clients to drive results and achieve strategic and financial goals.
  • Manage escalations on the account and oversee financial processes.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Embody a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Motivate and lead internal teams to drive programs that meet clients' performance and business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of best practices through example setting and positive reinforcement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
  • At least 4 years of experience in the beauty/lifestyle category.
  • Strong brand/category understanding and analytical skills.
  • Passion for excellence with high attention to detail.
