Lead QA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Specialist to oversee our quality assurance efforts for web domain projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies, ensuring overall quality, and leading the QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and processes for web applications.
  • Manage and lead the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Oversee testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing roles.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills to develop effective test strategies.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or alternate automation tools.
  • Good understanding of Web-based projects and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI are preferred.
