Job Title: Travel Consultant

">About the Role">

We are searching for a driven and detail-oriented travel consultant to join our team. As a travel consultant, you will deal directly with clients, booking hotels, flights, and excursions, and arranging suitable transportation for them.

You should adopt a customer-centric approach and be willing to answer all questions and queries in a professional manner.

">Key Responsibilities">

  1. Discussing with the client their travel plans.

  2. Preparing travel packages that are suitable for the clients' needs.

  3. Preparing travel budget as per the specifications provided by the client.

  4. Making bookings and reservations of hotels, flights, and other related activities.

  5. Answering all the queries and questions in a professional manner.

  6. Researching detailed information about hotels, restaurant, cafes, and others.

  7. Negotiating for best prices with the tour guides, restaurants, and rental companies.

  8. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendors and the clients as well.

">Required Skills & Qualifications">

  • Bachelor's Degree in Travel, Tourism or equivalent.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Language proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
