Job Summary:

As a seasoned security leader, you will drive our enterprise-wide security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure. With 170 employees, we maintain the highest standards of security and integrity in all operations.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure systems and technologies.
  • Develop and implement AWS security policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security practices into software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely and effective response to security incidents, providing actionable risk insights to senior management.
  • Manage rapid compliance and audit preparation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving security threats and technologies.
  • Guide user access control, data governance, and other related initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. We seek candidates with at least 8-12 years of experience in security leadership and system administration. Relevant certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Security Specialty, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
