The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect will be part of our Product Reliability and Operations team, responsible for ensuring the security, delivery, and availability of multiple critical assets in the Legal Technology Portfolio.

This role involves participating in the On-Call rotation to support maintenance, scheduled work, support, and release/deployment requirements.

About the Role

  • Technical Leadership: Implement best practices as an expert in cloud infrastructure methodology.
  • Project Leadership: Strategically plan, design, and implement operations projects to deliver value to customers, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with external and internal stakeholders, such as business teams, product owners, project management, and support teams, to define priority issues and refine processes.
  • Decision Making: Make quick and effective data-driven decisions with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in productivity, monitoring, tooling, and set industry best practices.

About You

  • Experience working with three-tier web applications running in public and/or private clouds.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud and its services, including IIS/Azure App Service, Reverse Proxies, Basic Networking, Infrastructure as Code deployment methodologies (ARM, Bicep, Terraform), DevOps deployment declarative languages (YAML), Scaling database technologies (MS SQL), Monitoring and Alerting tooling (DataDog/Application Insights).
  • Setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure on Azure and Windows servers.
  • Development of scripts and automation tools to streamline routine tasks and prevent errors.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements.
  • Project and Release lifecycle experience.
  • Expertise in driving technology strategy and execution, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering against product requirements.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing others and partnering effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of current technologies, with proficiency in automation, DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and system monitoring.
