Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced security solutions using Splunk technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Advanced Security Solutions: Develop and deploy SIEM solutions to meet customer needs, including configuration of data inputs, creation of alerts and notifications, and implementation of security correlation rules.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Mentor and guide technical teams in the design and implementation of security solutions, ensuring that best practices are followed and that solutions are scalable and reliable.
  • Security Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, applying this knowledge to improve security solutions and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ Years' Experience: With a depth of network architecture knowledge and experience deploying and integrating complicated security intelligence solutions into global enterprise environments.
  • Certification in SIEM Technology: Certification in Splunk or other SIEM technologies is an added advantage.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and listening skills are essential for effective consulting and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science: A degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in SIEM Technologies: Certifications in Splunk or other SIEM technologies are preferred.
  • Experience with SOAR Tools: Experience with Phantom or other SOAR tools is preferred.
