Occupational Therapist Position: Seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Noida, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough occupational assessments, create personalized therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop home-based intervention plans and offer guidance on parent-focused approaches.
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy sessions, ensuring excellent client retention rates.
  • Support the growth of junior therapists through coaching, feedback, and group training sessions.
  • Identify and implement new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and management to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.
  • MOT (Master of Occupational Therapy), Licensed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
