About the Job

The Client is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist in the Global Procurement organization. You will be responsible for supporting Indirect Procurement Operations, including Supplier Onboarding, PR approval, PO Helpdesk management, and project-related work to transition from Oracle ERP 11i to Oracle Cloud ERP or Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support one or more Global Procurement process domains that include tasks such as Supplier Enablement, Onboarding, Review requests to onboard new suppliers, Interact with supplier, collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary approvals, ensure all supplier information is accurately entered and maintained in the company's system, Call verification to supplier to confirm charges to the banking information, PR-PO, Review PRs and approve them to convert to PO after verifying that the PR is compliant with the company policies, PO Helpdesk, Answer queries and action requests from employees related to their PRs, POs, and supplier enablement requests, Supporting data cleansing and conversion from Oracle iProc and/or other systems to migrate into Oracle Cloud, Ability to work with the Business, IT, and the system integrator to ensure successful data transfer integration, Ability to perform regular data quality audits and follow up with owners to improve and maintain the quality of the data.
  • Identify process gaps implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Oracle iProcurement or Oracle Cloud Fusion or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and be a motivated self-starter.
  • Overall procurement process cycle experience is must.
  • Demonstrated track record of adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support multiple delivery scopes, deadlines, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Experience of handling delivering mini-projects within scheduled timelines.
