Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced insurance professional to oversee insurance placements and underwriting for our clients.

  • Prepare RFQs and arrange quotes from various insurance companies to ensure the best possible rates and coverage for our clients.
  • Place policies and provide post-placement servicing, including claims handling, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage employee additions and deletions in non-Eb Policies to ensure accurate records and minimize errors.
  • Compile reports required by the government and scrutinize claims to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate agendas and prepare high-level notes for team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field with additional qualifications in insurance being advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of property, fire, and engineering products to make informed decisions about policy placements.
  • The ability to work independently and engage with CXOs to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • A self-driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who is committed to delivering exceptional results.
