DFT Specialist Opportunity

Job Specs:

  • Proficiency in Digital Full Test concepts and methods.
  • Hands on experience with scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, Transition delay test coverage analysis.
  • Expertise in MBIST insertion and Memory test validation.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as perl and shell.
  • Experience with RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.
  • Understanding of equivalence check and DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tools and ATPG tools.
  • Working knowledge of Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication skills are required.
