We are seeking an experienced senior silicon design engineer to spearhead the optimization of system-level performance for key workloads and applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing post-silicon power and performance data to identify areas of improvement is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Fine-tuning hardware and software configurations, such as dynamic voltage and frequency scaling, firmware, and drivers, is essential to optimize system performance.
  • Conducting competitive analysis to benchmark SoC platforms against industry-standard tools and workloads will be a vital responsibility.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations for product positioning will also be a key part of the job.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and addressing system-level performance bottlenecks will be a daily task.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues will also be required.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of performance analysis, optimization strategies, and results will be a necessary skill.
  • Communicating findings effectively to internal teams and stakeholders will also be crucial.
  • Validating power and performance against pre-silicon predictions will be another important task.
  • Characterizing system behavior across different PVT conditions will be a critical responsibility.
  • Working closely with design, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of optimizations will be a key aspect of the job.
  • Providing feedback to architecture and pre-silicon teams for future SoC improvements will also be required.
