Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft professional with expertise in designing, implementing and configuring solutions based on business requirements.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled consultant to join our team and utilize their knowledge of PeopleSoft modules to drive process improvements across Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions that meet business needs.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement within PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
  • Perform technical and functional activities including system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HRMS, FSCM, or other modules).
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies.
  • Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud is beneficial.
