In this pivotal role, you will drive the creative vision and bring innovative ideas to life through high-quality visual content. As a Visual Creative Specialist, your expertise in design fundamentals will enable you to craft engaging creatives that captivate audiences.

About the Role
  • You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and develop design solutions for diverse advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including web, mobile, social media, and print.
  • Develop and deliver visually appealing, high-quality creatives that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Establish reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the quality of our creatives.
  • Work collaboratively with account teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in an ad agency or similar environment with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating ad banners for various channels and formats.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills with a deep understanding of graphic design principles, including illustration, layout, typography, line composition, color theory, and more.
  • Hands-on experience with key design-related software such as Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe After Effects / Sketch.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Knowledge of video editing and post-production software.
