Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System Administrator and IT Support to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the daily administration of our LMS, ensuring a seamless learning experience for both instructors and students.

Your primary duties will include:

  • System configuration and user management
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to educators and students
  • Providing training and support to LMS users

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong communication skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff
  • Experience in instructional design and learning management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in an L&D, HR, or training role is essential, while familiarity with adult learning principles and experience managing learning platforms or LMSs are desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with educators, students, and technical support staff.
  • Instructional Design Experience: Previous experience in instructional design and learning management is essential for this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to educators and students.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for this role.

Additionally, prior experience in an L&D, HR, or training role is highly beneficial for this position.
