Job Overview

As a marketing data analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various marketing channels to identify trends and patterns.
  • Dashboard Development: Create interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, campaign metrics, and customer behavior.
  • Insight Generation: Develop actionable insights to support strategic marketing initiatives and enhance business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align data-driven insights with organizational objectives.
  • Model Development: Build predictive models and segmentation strategies to optimize targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Campaign Enhancement: Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance through data-backed recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel. Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
