Job Title:

Lead Platform Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled engineering leader to head our technical direction and platform execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires owning the architecture and development of our AI platform, designing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure, leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, collaborating closely with product, operations, and implementation teams, driving technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives, operating with a startup mentality, and contributing to company-wide decisions as a core member of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical direction and platform execution
  • Design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams
  • Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
