Seeking Expert Java Developer

Codetikki is looking for a skilled Java enthusiast to craft engaging conceptual and coding-based questions for assessments and learning modules.

As a senior Java developer, you will create both theoretical MCQs and hands-on coding challenges that test real-world Java skills. This role is ideal for someone with strong Java fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving and content creation.

  • Develop theory questions: Create MCQs, short answers, and scenario-based questions that showcase in-depth knowledge.
  • Design coding problems: Craft clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases to challenge aspiring developers.
  • Categorize questions: Ensure questions are categorized by difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
  • Maintain originality and quality: Guarantee the uniqueness and high standard of each question.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with Codetikki to align with assessment requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Core Java expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Understanding of data structures and algorithms: Demonstrate a good grasp of these fundamental concepts.
  • Spring Boot and REST API familiarity: Having practical experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs is an advantage.
  • Content writing skills: Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that meets the highest standards.
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience: Having taught, mentored, or prepared coding challenges before is a plus.
