Senior ABAP ODATA Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ABAP ODATA Developer to drive the development and enhancement of ODATA services in SAP ABAP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development and experience with ODATA protocols and services to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Enhance ODATA Services: Design, implement, and optimize ODATA services in SAP ABAP to meet client requirements.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications using SAP ABAP and ODATA.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Perform troubleshooting and debugging of existing ABAP programs and ODATA services to ensure smooth operation.
  • Code Optimization: Optimize and refactor code for performance improvements and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Documentation: Document technical specifications and maintain code documentation for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on ODATA protocols and services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ODATA protocols and services, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, Fiori applications, ABAP programming, SQL, database concepts, and performance tuning.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
