Lead AI Scientist

We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Scientist to drive our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver business value.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative machine learning models using classical and deep learning techniques.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions to enhance conversational experiences.
  • Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for various business applications.
  • Work on text generation, semantic search, intent recognition, and AI-driven recommendation systems.
  • Oversee the end-to-end model lifecycle from data collection to deployment.
  • Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model retraining and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications.
  • Machine Learning & AI: Proficiency in Classical ML and Deep Learning techniques.
  • LLM & NLP Expertise: Strong experience with GPT, BERT, T5, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, and SpaCy.
  • Programming & Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and MLOps tools.
