About the Role

Vistec Partners is looking for a talented Full Stack .NET Developer and Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Development: Develop clean, maintainable code using the .NET framework. This includes writing high-quality, high-performance software, as well as integrating databases and creating interfaces.
  • Leadership: Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This includes coordinating tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring that projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in software engineering, including object-oriented design, database design, and XML schema. Apply this knowledge to improve existing application codebases and ensure high availability and scalability of Azure services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to understand software requirements and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that software systems are properly understood and maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
