Job Overview

The Financial Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor bills, bank entries and reconciliation, credit card entries and reconciliation, payroll processing, customer invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation, sales tax calculation and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Bill Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Verify accuracy of vendor statements.
  • Bank Entries and Reconciliation: Process and reconcile all banking transactions.
  • Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation: Manage company credit cards and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries: Accurately process payroll and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Preparation of Customer Invoices: Create and send invoices to customers.
  • Accounts Receivable and Revenue Reconciliation: Verify accuracy of accounts receivable and revenue.
  • Sales Tax Calculation and Filing: Calculate and file sales taxes accurately.
  • Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month-end Adjustments: Perform accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation and month-end adjustments as required.
  • Internal Communication: Respond to internal queries and questions.

Requirements:

  • KPO Experience is Mandatory.
