Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective learning programs, overseeing learning platforms, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the continuous professional development of employees.
Main Responsibilities- Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals, leveraging adult learning principles and instructional design expertise.
- Manage the L&D Calendar: Plan and manage the annual L&D calendar, ensuring timely execution of training sessions and maximizing employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with technical directors, community managers, and other teams to assess training needs, develop tailored learning solutions, and ensure seamless vendor relationships.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Identify and coordinate with external training providers for specialized programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Learning Platform Oversight: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools, driving user adoption and minimizing disruptions.
- Training Effectiveness Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, engagement data, and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize L&D initiatives.
- Skill Gap Identification and Up-Skilling Initiatives: Identify skill gaps, design up-skilling initiatives, and integrate the latest industry best practices into training programs, ensuring employees remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management, collaboration, and communication, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- L&D Certifications: Professional certifications like CPLP or SHRM-CP, demonstrating expertise in learning and development.
