Hybrid Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your IT skills with business operations expertise as a hybrid business analyst. In this role, you will spend approximately 20-25% of your time on IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.

The remaining 75-80% of your time will be dedicated to data and business operations support. Key responsibilities include uploading stock and inventory files to external platforms, building and maintaining commission reports for finance, cleaning and updating CRM data, managing company-wide updates, and supporting ongoing IT and operations projects.

You will work closely with global teams to ensure smooth support. To excel in this role, you should have strong English communication skills, an educational background in IT or computer science, and proficiency in Excel, with experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Educational background in IT or computer science.

• Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, and macros.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.

• Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.

• Exposure to SQL or scripting is a plus but not mandatory.
