Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis and forming an investment thesis on the sector the analyst is expected to work on.
  • The candidate will track down and analyse every industry/company data point available in the public domain.
  • The candidate will make presentations and present convincing ideas to the whole team.
  • The candidate will also have a few administrative responsibilities shared by all members of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong skills in financial modelling, analysing income statements-balance sheet-cash flows and valuing companies.
  • Prior experience of building operating and financial models of companies and industries.
  • The basic principles of equity valuation.
  • Exceptional skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (sell-side or buy-side experience is preferred).
