We are seeking a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in financial services, particularly in the implementation and support of Treasury Risk Management (TRM) solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cash management functionality and be skilled in communication and client handling.
Responsibilities:
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for TRM In-house cash;
- Identify and resolve issues, including enhancements bug fixes;
- Collaborate with Scrum team members to carry out improvements.
Requirements:
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting TRM projects;
- Clear understanding and hands-on experience on Inhouse cash functionality;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to prioritize and multitask goals;
- Good communication and client handling skills;
- Strong understanding of SAP's inbound outbound APIs;
- Treasury and Banking Module experience, including banking interfaces lockboxes EBS statements and Automatic Payment Programs.
Bonus Skills:
- Good documentation skills in writing functional and Technical documents;
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban Delivery models;
- Ready to work in shifts.
