Job Description

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Analog Test Manager to spearhead the validation of cutting-edge wireless chips. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing validation team.

We are pioneers in developing Wi-R – a revolutionary wireless communication technology that boasts 100 times more energy efficiency than Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. This innovative chip enables secure, real-time AI-powered experiences for wearables, smartglasses, and defense systems.

The Wi-R Revolution

Wi-R is our patented non-radiative near-field communication technology that creates secure “wire-like wireless” experiences through small E-field bubbles around the body. This breakthrough achievement has made long-term wearable and implantable devices practical due to unprecedented energy efficiency at sub-0.1 nanojoules per bit.

Role Responsibilities
  • Build and mentor a high-performing validation team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems.
  • Establish world-class labs and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally.
  • Drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips.
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.
  • Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ for automation and data analysis.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.
