The Strategic Learning Leader will be responsible for providing technical leadership, people leadership, and strategic direction to team members within the Global Learning Content Development team at Lilly.

The GLCS team consists of a dedicated group of learning professionals responsible for enhancing the learning experiences for Lilly learners globally. This team partners with learning professionals globally to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning content.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  • Leads a team of instructional designers and content developers.
  • Responsible for employee lifecycle management (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, career development, annual compensation reviews).
  • Embraces Lilly's culture, organizational structure, roles, and practices, including strong knowledge of how the team fits into the bigger picture of the US Affiliate as well as the broader Lilly organization.
