Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Mandatory Skills:
This position requires experience of SQL (TSQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Partition Tables) & SQL Server, SQL Server migration activities, troubleshooting complex SQL queries, MDX, Unit testing/Integration testing. Moreover, the requirements extend to having knowledge of cloud solutions, OData protocols, test automation, continuous delivery practices.

Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with other members of the team and various functional groups within SAP SuccessFactors. The role requires a full stack developer capable of handling both client and server development with end-to-end responsibility, from requirements to deployment. You will collaborate with the team to demonstrate development best practices, share insights, and motivate others while leading features independently. A can-do attitude and autonomy are essential, as is a good understanding of lean principles and agile software development. The candidate should be able to work independently in debugging and resolving issues and be effective in communicating and breaking down complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full stack development, handling both client and server aspects of the product
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from gathering requirements to deployment
- Demonstrate and share best development practices, while motivating others
- Troubleshoot production and performance issues and provide solutions
- Work independently to debug and resolve issues
- Provide clear communication about complex technical problems and solutions

Skills & Competencies:
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, maintainable, and testable .NET-based solutions
- Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, UI Technologies, and OData protocols to develop cutting-edge cloud software
- Strong server-side development experience with .NET backend
- Experience with SQL Server migration-related activities (compatibility analysis, performance impact)
- Proficiency in SQL development (T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Partitioned Tables)
- Experience with MDX queries
- Knowledge of Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is mandatory; SAP UI5 or React is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and software architecture, especially for cloud solutions
- Able to design and implement across all layers of software (UI, backend, database)
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for complex SQL queries
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests
- Experience with automation test frameworks like Selenium
- Ability to create both high-level and low-level design documents
- Knowledge of lean development infrastructure processes, including Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
- Exposure to Python, PySpark, and Databricks is a plus

Work Experience & Educational Qualification:
- 7-10 years of professional experience in developing .NET/C# based enterprise web applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required; Master's degree preferred
