Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to join our team and drive the development of cloud-native applications. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the technology strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team with hands-on approach, leveraging expertise in technologies like Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, API Data Contracts, OOAD, Microservices, Data Models, Concurrency concepts, and React Web Frameworks.
  • Conduct Design and Code Reviews, create design artifacts for implementation, build cloud-native applications, develop 'zero-defect software,' test cases, UI components, APIs, business components, microservices, and simplify user journeys.
  • Interact frequently with customers to understand challenges, bring customer insights to the team, and work closely with the Product team, other Business Teams, and Enabler pods to determine business priorities.
  • Establish processes ensuring high quality and excellence, aligning with development principles, and foster a culture of ownership and innovation within the POD.
