We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Specialist to join our VERO Team in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for credit analysis, decisioning, verification, monitoring throughout the credit lifecycle, and the development of credit policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze home loan applications against credit limits and frameworks.
  • Apply your knowledge of Australian home loan lending processes and regulations.
  • Communicate with brokers through emails and calls and share decision on assessment.
  • Support credit risk management initiatives by working with management teams.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess and manage credit risks associated with home loan applications.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate credit risk analysis results clearly and concisely.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of credit risk assessment tools and processes.
  • Participates in monitoring credit risk to ensure that they are within limit thresholds.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a related credit risk analysis or verification role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of Australian home loan lending principles and regulations.
