We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of WERCS software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, guaranteeing seamless business operations and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to drive strategic objectives, foster overall compliance and regulatory adherence, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to execute WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects efficiently, yielding optimal results and sustained growth.

Technical Requirements:

  • Possess a robust technical background in WERCS and its functionalities, driving innovation and excellence in software development.
  • Develop and maintain software development/DBMS skills (SQL and .NET) to leverage cutting-edge technology and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster in-depth knowledge of system integration; develop expertise in API technology and DTE interface for enhanced data exchange and analysis.

Regulatory Expertise:

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge in regulatory and risk management assessment for compliance to applicable regulations, including but not limited to GHS, DG, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, EU REACH, ECHA, etc.

Industry Experience:

  • Pursue pharmaceutical industry experience and become familiar with SDLC under GxP regulation to propel career advancement and professional growth.
