Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to oversee the development and configuration of software systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure that software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications by collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software development, providing technical guidance and expertise to team members.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Make informed decisions regarding team operations, leveraging your experience and knowledge to drive results.
  • Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and adhere to timelines and quality standards, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with software configuration management tools, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter is required, along with a 15-year full-time education background.
