Indusnet is seeking an experienced Project Management Director to lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Management Director with a background in the insurance domain, particularly life insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, proven experience in project management, and the ability to coordinate both internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects, coordinating internal and external resources as well as third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop and monitor a detailed project plan, tracking progress and managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Utilize project management tools to measure and report on project performance.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive risk management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and meet regularly with clients to clarify requirements.
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and experience levels.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure successful achievement of both short- and long-term goals.
  • Meet budget objectives, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis as needed.
  • Use strong leadership skills to guide the project team, develop skills, and address challenges.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps as necessary to document project needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on life insurance within the insurance domain.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management software tools.
  • Excellent client-facing, internal communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
