Job Title: Senior Software Test Manager

This is a senior-level management position responsible for leading the software testing function and driving business outcomes through test excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders, identifying business opportunities in software testing, and delivering high-quality test solutions that meet organizational goals and objectives.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end test delivery across projects, develop test strategies, and lead the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) to establish vision, mission, and strategic roadmaps.

You will also be responsible for evaluating and selecting automation tools, developing test data management strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Testing CoE.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Lead or similar role with a focus on managing senior stakeholders and identifying business opportunities in software testing.
  • Experience in end-to-end management of at least a couple of automation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore.
