About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our data platform team as a Product Manager.

This hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, India, supporting global data initiatives and working closely with onsite stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and managing data products across the enterprise using Snowflake as the core platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and managing product strategy, backlog, and roadmap for data platform capabilities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Partnering with architects and developers to build scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer for offshore delivery, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Defining and tracking key performance metrics for data platform products.
  • Fostering adoption and usability of Snowflake-based solutions.
  • Supporting delivery teams in Agile/Scrum environment, facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in data-focused projects.
  • Detailed understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline design.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms; Snowflake expertise is essential.
  • Strong grasp of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and quality standards.
  • Prior experience in building and launching data platform capabilities or products.
  • Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed team settings.
  • Experience working in hybrid or offshore delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in data engineering or analytics before moving into product roles.
  • Exposure to the restaurant or retail industry is advantageous.
  • Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.

  • Acknowledged authority in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in data storytelling and visualization.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
