Sustainability Strategy Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to validate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for SBTi validation. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of professionals to develop strategies that meet near-term sustainability targets, particularly focusing on minimizing Scope 2 emissions.

The role involves organizing structured workshops and meetings with clients' key business stakeholders to understand their corporate emissions and scope of influence. You will identify risks and dependencies, proactively bringing them to the attention of the Project Lead, while supporting the achievement, measurement, and reporting of sustainability principles.

To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, quick-thinking, and adept at solving problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. You will also need to handle diverse people professionally, having a passion for excellence and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering sustainability projects, carbon ESG reporting, or a related field.
  • Certified Energy Auditors with relevant experience are preferred.
  • A proven change agent, collaborator, and problem solver who can create win-win outcomes.
