About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our efforts in developing and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and NLP models for real-world applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and inform AI strategy.
  • Deploy and monitor models in production, guaranteeing robust performance, fairness, and explainability in AI applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • PhD or Master's degree in Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or a related field with a strong publication record.

  • Strong expertise in preparing data for fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs, as well as solid understanding of data engineering concepts.
