Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and optimize interactive applications with strict performance budgets, modern server-first patterns, and real-time data flows.

  • Utilize React 18 and Next.js 14 to craft performant applications.
  • Implement features such as Next.js App Router, Server Actions, Route Handlers, Middleware, ISR, and Edge Runtime.
  • Built server-first applications with React Server Components, Suspense, and streaming SSR.
  • Optimize application performance using tools like React Profiler, @next/bundle-analyzer, dynamic imports, next/image, and caching strategies.
  • Deliver high-FPS charts, responsive data grids, debounced inputs, optimistic updates, and skeleton loading states in trading-focused UIs.
  • Manage real-time data using WebSockets or SSE for quotes and order updates.
  • Develop forms using React Hook Form + Zod with server-side validation.
  • Construct modular, accessible UIs with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Radix Primitives (plus occasional Chakra UI).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with TypeScript (strict mode), ESLint, and Prettier.
  • Ensure quality with Playwright E2E testing, Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, and accessibility checks.
  • Contribute to observability and security practices including Sentry, New Relic, CSP with next-safe, secure cookies, and AuthN/AuthZ.
Required Skills:
  • Expert-level knowledge of React 18 and Next.js 14.
  • Experience with server-first architecture and modern front-end patterns.
  • Familiarity with React Server Components, Suspense, and streaming SSR.
  • Proficiency in optimizing application performance with various tools.
  • Skills in developing high-performance trading-focused UIs.
  • Knowledge of WebSockets or SSE for real-time data management.
  • Experience with form development using React Hook Form + Zod.
  • Understanding of modular, accessible UI construction with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Radix Primitives.
  • Strong skills in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Experience with quality assurance through E2E testing and accessibility checks.
  • Familiarity with observability and security practices.
