Organic Farming Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sustainable agricultural practices and expand our presence in organic contract farming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote effective farmer advisory services through contract farming and engagement programs with growers/farmers to enhance adoption of organic agriculture practices.
  • Source high-quality agricultural commodities as per plan and parameters (quality and pricing).
  • Expand the area under organic cultivation and increase farmer membership in line with targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and ensure execution of state-wise business plans to meet key performance indicators (KRAs) such as targeted area, volume, buying efficiency, and documentation compliance.
  • Review team performance on key indicators and take steps to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field crop production or related fields.
  • Fluency in Telugu language is essential for effective communication.
