Job Title: Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow of information across our systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing systems, utilizing expertise in SQL, relational databases, and cloud services.

  • Develop and implement data quality assurance processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical or application development, with a focus on data engineering.
  • Expertise in SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python, with experience in scripting languages like Bash and Python.
  • Experience working with cloud services, preferably AWS, and familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
