Technical Lead Job Opportunity

This is a position for an experienced leader in technology. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, as well as excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze all aspects of technical operations, from documentation to code security, and retention of team members, and report on these to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL, React Js, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis.
  • Writing optimized codes and ensuring that the team follows best practices.
  • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work and keeping everything in sync.
  • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
