About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Executive(Statutory audit) to join our team. As an Audit Executive, you will be responsible for conducting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in statutory audit, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits according to statutory audit guidelines and principles.
- Examine financial statements, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audits and resolution of issues.
- Provide guidance and support to junior auditors in their audit assignments.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and address their queries and concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and professional certification such as CA/ INTER CA. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards, as well as familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, is essential.
Audit software and MS Office proficiency, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is also required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary to ensure the success of this role.
