We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our operations, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody our values of craftsmanship, timeless design, and honest shoemaking. Our flagship store in Bombay is dedicated to offering premium products with traditional techniques like Goodyear welting and hand-channeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor store staff to ensure excellent customer service, accountability, and performance goals are met.
  • Elevate customer experiences through personalized service, empathy, and long-term relationships.
  • Drive sales performance by consistently achieving store targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality, overseeing inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.
  • Maintain premium retail standards in displays and presentation, reflecting our brand's craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
  • Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets, coupled with strong people management skills and communication skills.
  • Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail setup.
