Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant to support the lead architect in designing and developing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead architect in creating 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3ds Max software

- Collaborate with the design team to develop construction plans and specifications

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications

- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in architectural drafting and design

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max software

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Architecture or related field

- Experience working on large-scale construction projects

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
