Sr. Project Manager is a pivotal role that necessitates strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and effective leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the Enterprise SaaS Suite powered by patented blockchain technology. They will oversee project timelines, coordinate with various departments, and ensure successful project delivery in a full-time remote setting.

  • A minimum of 3 years as a project manager for a SaaS company is mandatory.
  • Experience in the loyalty industry is crucial.

This role requires technical knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and Power Point, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis Services:
    • Develop comprehensive product documents to ensure clarity across teams.
    • Create impactful presentations for stakeholders and clients.
    • Engage with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
    • Lead UAT processes by coordinating with end-users to validate the product against business requirements and user needs.
    • Oversee user testing efforts to ensure the product delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Project Management Services:
    • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to guide project execution.
    • Allocate and manage resources effectively.
    • Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations.

The Sr. Project Manager shall perform the following services: Lead and motivate project teams by setting clear goals and providing guidance. Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and assess project success.
