As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to the founder in various aspects including operations, strategy, personal logistics, and wellness. This role combines executive assistance, project management, personal training, and lifestyle optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, schedules, travel, and personal arrangements for the founder
- Coordinate meetings, events, and personal commitments for the founder
- Ensure timely execution of birthdays, social events, and personal commitments
- Organize and maintain personal supplies, essentials, and car maintenance
- Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination
- Partner with external vendors, service providers, and partners on behalf of the founder
- Lead operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups
- Track attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth
- Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups
- Streamline workflows using Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools
- Collaborate with the founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development
- Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations
- Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects
- Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress, and ensure safe, effective sessions
- Graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in EA, operations, or support roles
- Certified personal trainer (preferred, or demonstrable training experience)
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- First-in, last-out attitude with strong personal ownership
- Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong organisation, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of fitness training and wellness practices
- Calm under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with high ownership and confidentiality
