Business Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

  7. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  9. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  11. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  12. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  13. Demonstrate empathy and understanding in addressing client concerns and objections.
  14. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance and productivity.
